Level One Maintenance Agreement: $150
Includes two healthy home 20+ point maintenance spaced out six months apart for a period of one year. Homeowners will also be provided with priority service and scheduling.
Level Two Maintenance Agreement: $189
Includes two healthy home 20+ point maintenance spaced out six months apart for a period of one year. On our first visit a drain tab will be installed inside the drain pan to help reduce drain line issues. Homeowners will also be provided with priority service and scheduling.
Level Three Maintenance Agreement: $228
Includes two healthy home 20+ point maintenance spaced out six months apart for a period of one year. On the first and second visits a drain tab will be installed inside the drain pan to help reduce drain line issues. Homeowners will also be provided with priority service and scheduling.
Level Four Maintenance Agreement: $300
Includes four healthy home 20+ point maintenance spaced out three months apart for a period of one year. This is our most aggressive agreement and intended for homes experiencing higher maintenance related needs. Homeowners will also be provided with priority service and scheduling.
