Level One Maintenance Agreement: $150
Includes two healthy home 20+ point maintenance spaced out six months apart for a period of one year. Homeowners will also be provided with priority service and scheduling.
Level Two Maintenance Agreement: $185
Includes two healthy home 20+ point maintenance spaced out six months apart for a period of one year. A antimicrobial treatment on the coil and inside of the air handler will be performed on the first visit. Homeowners will also be provided with priority service and scheduling.
Level Three Maintenance Agreement: $205
Includes two healthy home 20+ point maintenance spaced out six months apart for a period of one year. An antimicrobial treatment on the coil and inside of the air handler will be performed on each visit. Homeowners will also be provided with priority service and scheduling.
Level Four Maintenance Agreement: $275
Includes two healthy home 20+ point maintenance spaced out six months apart for a period of one year. An additional visit between maintenances to replace the air filter and clean out the drain line. This agreement includes a pleated filter on each visit. Homeowners will also be provided with priority service and scheduling.
